We totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment time, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $10 late cancellation fee or a $20 no-show fee.

Running late? Please contact the location of your visit so we can do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may result in an adjusted service or the need to reschedule for a different time or day.

Please note:

• Last-minute cancellations Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) will result in a $20 no-show charge.

• Late cancellations or no-shows for services booked with extended time, specially requested stylists, holidays, or weekends (Friday-Sunday) will be subject to the full service cost.
